Please complete the form below to make Pet Boarding Reservations. We will review your boarding request during normal business hours and compare it to our existing appointment availability. If you are not already a client of ours, please download and print out the New Client & Patient Form, and bring it in with you on your first appointment. If you’d like to schedule an Appointment with the Vet, please use the VET APPOINTMENT Request form. If you’d like to schedule a grooming appointment, please use the GROOMING Appointment Request form.
In all cases, representative will contact you by phone within three days to confirm all online appointment requests and to provide you with a cost estimate. Please note: your reservations and/or appointments are not set & confirmed until you have received a confirmation call from one of our staff. If you do not hear from us within three days, confirming your appointment, then you do not have an appointment or boarding reservation in our system. At that point it would probably be best to telephone us rather than chance the internet again. Your appointment or reservation is only guaranteed if you have received a confirmation call from us, confirming the details of your planned visit.
