Since we have moved to McKinney, we have taken our dog to Chastain and we feel she has never been taken care of as good anywhere else. Recently, we had a baby and the employees go as far as to come out to the car to get our dog so I don’t have to unload the baby, as well. Huge help for a stay-at-home mom.

Very friendly staff, from the front office to the back. They offer a complementary full exam of your pet on your first time visit. They took care of my baby and made sure he was comfortable, he went to the back with them with no issues.
