If you are not already a client, please fill out the New Client & Patient Form before your appointment. To schedule a vet appointment, use the Vet Appointment Request Form. To schedule a grooming appointment, use the Grooming Appointment Request Form.
In all cases, a representative will contact you by phone within three days to confirm all online appointment requests and to provide you with a cost estimate. Please note: your reservations and/or appointments are not set & confirmed until you have received a confirmation call from one of our staff. If you do not hear from us within three days, confirming your appointment, then you do not have an appointment or boarding reservation in our system. At that point it would probably be best to telephone us rather than chance the internet again. Your appointment or reservation is only guaranteed if you have received a confirmation call from us, confirming the details of your planned visit.
Note: This does not guarantee your requested pet boarding dates. We will review your boarding request, during regular business hours, and compare it against the availability of our accommodations A representative will then contact you to confirm your boarding requests and give you an estimated cost.
All boarding requests must be made at least three (3) days in advance. Pet Boarding Check-Ins and Check-Outs are conducted during normal business hours only.
